Having dual-media slots on the HyperDeck Studio makes it easy to record long programs. Simple fill both card slots and when the media in one slot gets filled up, the HyperDeck will automatically start recording onto the second card.
But what if you want to switch cards before the current media card is filled up, and you don't want to pause or stop the recording?
Well, there is a simple trick to do just that. Simply hold down the record button on your HyperDeck and the recording will automatically move from the from the currently recording card slot to the other one. It just that simple!
