How do you efficiently get the word out to nearly 1,000 international partners and resellers? This was the challenge facing ShoreTel. The solution? ShoreTel TV, an on-line portal dedicated to delivering the latest company news to resellers and partners everywhere.
Across the company, ShoreTel had several ways they were communicating with not only their global distributors and resellers, but also their sales employees. As the company continued to grow, they were looking for more efficient ways to keep their sales teams and sales channel up to date with new product information, sales programs, marketing materials, and sales initiatives. ShoreTel TV addressed this challenge by providing a single web portal for delivering the latest ShoreTel sales and channel information.
GlobeStream Media worked hand-in-hand with ShoreTel’s channel marketing and sales team to to develop and implement the web portal, creating a role-based information system that allowed custom content to be delivered based on whether the user was an employee, distributor, or reseller.
In addition to the web portal, GlobeStream Media also worked with ShoreTel to create content for ShoreTel TV. This included green-screen video production and development of on-screen graphics to make video content more engaging. Overall, GlobeStream created animated on-screen graphics, lower thirds, opens, and a wide variety of on-demand video content to help ShoreTel meet it’s partner communications needs.
