Children's Relief International (CRI), a faith-based Christian nonprofit organization headquartered in Rockwall, Texas, is dedicated to sharing the light of Christ with the world's poorest communities through both spiritual evangelism and practical humanitarian aid. Founded in March 2000, CRI began with a single program in Mozambique and has since expanded to over a dozen ministries across more than 20 countries, including Syria, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and other hard-to-reach areas affected by poverty, conflict, and persecution. With a staff of over 60 (including indigenous partners), the organization employs a "Word and Deed" model—providing immediate relief while awakening spiritual hope through Gospel sharing and local church strengthening.
THE CHALLENGE
Each year, CRI hosts an annual fundraising gala at Boyd Farm to both highlight and celebrate the organization’s impact as well as raise desperately needed funds for it’s ongoing international mission.
This year’s “Night of Light” banquet marked CRI’s 25th anniversary and cast a powerful spotlight on its ongoing mission: delivering over 112,520 medical treatments, feeding 8,759 families, and nourishing 2,042 children every year in some of the world’s darkest places. To honor these life-changing stories and inspire donors to fuel even greater impact amid escalating global crises, the evening required AV production that could amplify field testimonies, honor sponsors, and move hearts—while carefully shaped acoustics and lighting to drive emotional narrative without overwhelming the heartfelt, spiritual tone.

THE RESULTS
A successful evening that raised over $220,000 —funds that will directly support clean water, family food relief, and child nutrition programs in 2025 and 2026. It was a heartfelt celebration of Children’s Relief International’s 25-year mission, leaving guests moved and eager to continue supporting the organization.
